region close to Bellebranche forest. At
the heart of castle grounds 'Le Petit Daviers'
has an attractive park in bloom, with hundred-years
old trees. Between Château-Gontier
and Sablé the 19th century castle
is inhabited by the landlords.
Decorated
with refinement and style, you will have the benefit
on the ground floor of a lounge/dining-room adorned
with a fireplace and of a fully equipped kitchen
(microwave, dish washer). The first floor is very
comfortable and offers handsome elements of decoration
(carpet, old floortiles, old stairs). It is composed
of 3 bedrooms (a double bed furnished one,
and two with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (with
washing machine and tumble-dryer) and of a cosy
lounge equipped with a TV and a bookcase.
'Le Petit Daviers' has its own entrance,
a private garden and a covered yard. It looks
out onto the park, a 2.5 acres pond, and faces
a vegetable garden, an orchard and an enclosed
swimming-pool.
